Homage to Maurice Sendak’s beloved character Carol from Where The Wild Thing Are.
Instead of max I drew my younger-self to express how his stories influenced me as a child and to show that I look up to his art. I also have a shirt with the very famous mouse to signify how Walt Disney played a huge part in my childhood.

Collaborators had the freedom of choosing whether to create a human, creature or even an abstract form.
After printing my own image, we divided our linoleum blocks into three parts (Head, Body, Legs), and each collaborator rotated the three different body parts until we got a sequence of newly created creatures.
These are the prints that I created.
